Booking terms

Draft for owner review. This document has not been approved or checked by a legal professional. It must be reviewed and finalised before Valetivo takes live bookings.

Submitting the form is a request. A booking is confirmed only when a valeter has accepted and Valetivo has received your 10% deposit.

The deposit is part of the total price. The remaining 90% is paid directly to the independent valeter after the job.

If we cannot cover your request we will offer an alternative or decline it; no payment is owed.

You can cancel online from your account up to the day before your booking. Deposits are non-refundable once paid. Cancelling on the day of the booking, or not being available when the valeter arrives, means a no-show fee of 50% of the total booking price.
