How it works

We coordinate. A local valeter cleans.

Valetivo manages the booking, matching and communication. The clean itself is carried out by an independent, self-employed valeter.

    Check your postcode

    We only take online requests where we have an active local valeter. If we don't cover you yet, you can register interest.

    Choose your clean

    Pick a service, your vehicle size and any extras. The full price is shown before you send anything.

    Request a date and time window

    This is a request, not a fixed appointment. We check it with a valeter who covers your area.

    We offer it to a valeter

    If they can't make your slot, we'll suggest an alternative. If we can't cover it at all, we'll tell you.

    Pay the 10% deposit

    Once a valeter accepts, we email bank transfer instructions for the deposit. We don't take card details on this site yet.

  6. 6

    Booking confirmed

    When we've received your deposit, we confirm the booking and share your details with the valeter.

  7. 7

    The clean

    Your valeter arrives with their equipment. Afterwards you pay the remaining 90% directly to them.
